Session: Audacity is a Habit - Building Confidence Through Daily Proof

Most people don’t stall because they lack talent. They stall because they keep waiting to feel ready. This session challenges the idea that confidence comes first and offers a practical alternative: build confidence through daily proof.

Drawing from my experience growing up in the Bronx, joining the U.S. Army when college wasn’t financially possible, and completing my degree while deployed with limited resources, I’ll share what actually helped me move forward when motivation wasn’t available.

Attendees will leave with a repeatable approach for moving with clarity when fear, burnout, or “someday” thinking shows up. This session is built for high-performing professionals who are ready to stop overthinking and start making bolder moves in their careers, leadership, and lives.

Key Takeaways

  • How to identify fear when it shows up as timing, responsibility, or perfectionism
  • How to set a decision rule to reduce delays
  • How to choose one promise tied to a goal and set a minimum standard

Bio

Tiffany Kennedy is a business leader, speaker, and workshop facilitator who helps capable, driven people build the life they want with confidence, discipline, and direction.

Her work centers on a simple idea; confidence isn’t a personality trait, it’s evidence.

Tiffany teaches audiences how to create that evidence through daily behavior when dealing with work pressure, navigating transitions, and stepping into more demanding roles.

Tiffany’s story is rooted in reinvention. Raised in the Bronx by immigrant parents and shaped by early adversity, she learned early on that potential means nothing without a plan and the discipline to keep going even in the face of challenges.

At 18, Tiffany faced two choices, live the life she’d always known in her small community in the Bronx, or embrace the challenges and change that life could bring. Leaning into daring self-belief, she joined the U.S. Army to build a different life and later completed her education while deployed overseas. That season, marked by both extreme responsibility and personal loss, became the foundation for how she leads today: consistent, clear, and anchored in follow-through.

Professionally, Tiffany has led complex, global and cross-functional work across major organizations including Amazon, Union Pacific, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and Trane Technologies. At Amazon, Tiffany served as a Bar Raiser, helping uphold hiring standards and assess talent for high-impact roles. She’s known for innovative strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to bring rapid clarity to uncertain environments.

Tiffany holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and earned her MBA in Project Management. Whether she’s speaking to women’s leadership groups, youth development programs, veterans in transition, or corporate teams, Tiffany delivers engaging discussions with tangible takeaways.

Her sessions provide a practical way to stop hesitating, rebuild self-trust, and move with audacity and purpose.
